Thick, curved toenails

Before: Nails so thick and curved that clippers could no longer cut them — the kind of buildup that makes every pair of shoes uncomfortable.

What we did: The nail plate was reduced layer by layer with a podology e-file and reshaped to a normal length and contour. No blades, no soaking.

Long, thickened yellow toenails

Before: Overgrown nails, thickened and discolored, with the big toenail lifting at the tip.

What we did: Length and thickness reduced, discolored layers thinned down and the edges smoothed so the nails sit flat again.

Calluses and dry, cracked skin on the sole

Questions about results

Are these real clients?
Yes. Each pair shows the same client before and after their appointment at our Rockville studio, published with the client’s permission. We only show feet.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on where you start. Thickness, length and calluses are usually reduced at the first appointment. Discoloration takes longer: a big toenail replaces itself in roughly 9–12 months, so color improves gradually as new nail grows in. Your specialist will tell you what to expect at the first visit.
How much does it cost?
The Medi Pedicure — the usual choice for thick nails and calluses — starts at $160. Cosmetic nail restoration starts at $90 for one nail, and the Wellness Pedicure is $140. Every price is on our prices page.
Is this medical treatment?
No. We provide cosmetic foot care: we reduce, reshape and smooth nails and skin. We do not diagnose or treat infections. If something hurts, is red and swollen, or is not healing, please see a podiatrist or physician first.
