1. Appointment & Scheduling Policy
All solutions and consultations at our center are strictly by appointment. We kindly request that you arrive precisely on time for your scheduled visit. Prompt arrivals ensure that every patient receives their full, dedicated session without delaying subsequent appointments.
2. Cancellations & Tardiness
We highly value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled to maintain the integrity of our clinical workflow.
3. Uncompromising Hygiene Standards
Clinical safety is our absolute priority. We operate under strict, medical-grade sanitary protocols. Our facility exclusively uses single-use disposable materials wherever possible. All reusable instruments undergo a rigorous, multi-stage autoclave sterilization process between every patient.
4. Medical Conditions & Contraindications
Your health dictates our approach. If you suffer from underlying medical conditions such as advanced diabetes, vascular issues, active infections, or dermatological diseases, you must disclose this to our specialists prior to your solution. This vital information allows us to tailor our procedures safely to your specific needs.
5. Privacy, Video Surveillance & Documentation
To maintain a highly secure environment and ensure clinical quality control, our common areas are equipped with 24/7 video surveillance. Furthermore, our specialists may take clinical photographs of the localized solution area (before and after) to track your healing progress. These medical records are kept strictly confidential and are utilized solely for therapeutic and quality assurance purposes.
6. Facility Etiquette (Pets & Dining)
To preserve our sterile environment and protect vulnerable patients from allergens, pets of any kind are strictly prohibited in the solution rooms (with the legal exception of certified service animals). Additionally, consuming food or beverages is not permitted within the clinical or consultation areas.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of service completion. For your convenience, we seamlessly accept cash and all major credit or debit cards.
